Kieran Michael Lalor, Esq. joined Wallace & Wallace as Counsel after practicing in White Plains, NY.

Lalor’s practice is focused on real estate, business formation, estate planning, business law and litigation.

His practice includes the preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare proxies, and related estate planning tools.  He also advises individuals on asset protection and estate tax savings plans.

Lalor represents individuals, businesses and not-for-profit entities in all aspects of real estate matters including purchases and sales, lease agreements, foreclosures and evictions. He also provides clients with guidance on the formation of different types of entities, asset purchases and sales, financing and succession planning.

Lalor’s civil litigation practice includes handling everything from the initial client meeting, case assessment and drafting of the complaint, through trial preparation and settlement strategy.

Lalor represents Dutchess County in the New York State Assembly. He serves as the Ranking Member of the Committee on Real Property Taxation and also sits on the Banks, Governmental Operations, Small Business and Veterans’ Affairs committees.

Lalor previously worked at Gaines, Novick, Ponzini, Cossu & Venditti in White Plains, NY and American Defense Systems Inc. in Hicksville, NY.

Lalor is a former Social Studies teacher at Our Lady of Lourdes High School in Poughkeepsie.  He left teaching to join the United States Marine Corps Reserve. In the aftermath of the September 11, 2001 attacks, his unit was activated twice. Lalor was a Squad Automatic Rifleman while conducting security and stabilization operations in Nasiriyah, Iraq.

A frequent guest on the Fox News Channel, Lalor also  hosts Issues & Interviews with Kieran Michael Lalor, a weekly radio talk show on 1450 WKIP in Poughkeepsie, NY.

A graduate of Pace University School of Law in White Plains, Lalor earned his BA in Political Science from Providence College in Providence, RI.

Lalor lives in Hopewell Junction with his wife Mary Jo and their four children: Katie, Riley, Mikey and Kieran, Jr.
